Our NGO has been actively involved in Erasmus+ projects since 2014, with a strong focus on youth exchanges, training courses, and youth participation activities. Over the years, we have successfully sent hundreds of motivated participants abroad and built strong partnerships across Europe. Our team has developed a well-structured system to carefully select, prepare, and support each participant throughout the entire project journey — from the application phase to post-project reflection.

Our participants consistently return with new skills, stronger values, and a renewed sense of purpose, and our partners appreciate our clear communication and strong coordination.

• Andy is the Head of Department and leads our international partnerships. She takes care of cooperation agreements, communication with partner organizations, and all things related to strategic collaboration.

• Amy and Pav are in charge of participant coordination. They carefully select participants for our projects and provide them with full support before, during, and after each mobility experience.
